Products can be returned if:
- They arrive damaged or defective

5. Shipping Fees
Return postage charges may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error (damaged/defective item).
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are processed in the same way as returns. A new order will be created once the original item is received and accepted.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Some products (like perishables, customized items, or intimate goods) may not be eligible for return — if so, it will be stated on the product page.
